This is an initial blog that I set up as a practice to learn blogging. This site is not private. I've also set up another blog that is private----for invited people only. I've begun to work on family genealogy again and hope to post items to the private blog.
Next Sunday is Palm Sunday and my front and back yards are still covered with snow/ice mix. Today it's expected to reach 50 degrees and be sunny. On Saturday, we expect to have snow. We've received over 50 inches of snow this year, had ice conditions for most of Jan. & Feb and had bitter cold temperatures with wind chills in the -20's to -30's. CJ

The weather is lovely today! I wish that I was outside enjoying it instead of working.
Hideeho Carol...Great weather down her today, Sunday 3/16. 78 degrees and big, blue Texas sky and plenty of sun. Be sure to war green tomorrow in honor of St. Patrick...one guy that both the Protestants and Catholics love and claim. Going to the county caucus on 3/29 to cast my vote for Hillary. Sometimes the best man for the job is a woman. HeeHee.
